Welcoming staff, excellent hospitality, amazing room service, great view, convenient location, delicious food.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had a really great experience at this hotel. The staff, especially Govind Thakur ji and the room service staff members, were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent hospitality. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a beautiful view and just a short walk to the mall road. The food at the hotel was fantastic, especially the kadhai paneer, aloo paratha, and tea. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms and the basic amenities provided.

Even though there were a couple of minor issues, overall, everything was fine.

Secondly, the location is perfect - just a quick walk to the bustling mall road, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast served here was also top-notch, with delicious options to choose from. this hotel offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for your stay in Shimla.

The location of the hotel was convenient and close to the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, with quick response times. The room was clean and comfortable with basic amenities available. However, the food was average.

The noise level was high due to the ongoing construction work during my stay.

During my weekend stay, I was impressed by the warm and attentive service provided by the hotel staff. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions.

I did experience a few hiccups during my stay. The bedsheets and blankets provided were not always up to standard and required repeated requests for replacement.

The room was clean, cozy and had everything I needed. Also, the breakfast was delicious, I couldn't wait to start my day with it.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and kind, making our Easter stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with a convenient shortcut to the town center. We also appreciated the tasty food offered at the hotel's restaurant.

Some aspects of our stay left a negative impression. Although the rooms were comfortable, they were quite small and cramped.

They were always welcoming, friendly, and ready to assist with any requests or questions. I was particularly impressed with Govind Thakur ji and his warm, soft-spoken nature. Additionally, the room service staff, including Hari bhai and Arvind bhai, were simply outstanding. Their attentiveness and helpfulness added to the overall positive experience.

My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.
